Well guys... To make a long story short, i got fucked by the judges. The junior class got 6 competitors and i got placed 6th. Honestly i thought i got number 2 in the pocket. The number 1 deserved the top spot, he got an overall better package and he competed for a few years. Why did they placed me 6th? the only reason i came up to is because i got a little bit of gyno on my left nipple, it wasn't even really noticeable that much... 3 days before the competition the gyno on my left nipple flared up... i don't know why because i already took letro at 2.5mg ED. Maybe due the watermanipulation? i didn't took any diuretics. Backstage, after the show and on social media everybody came up to me to tell me i got fucked by the judges and that i didn't deserved this. The show itself was also badly organised. Here are some pics guys... I won't give up. The goal for now is to pack on as much muscle as possible, very happy with my conditioning and package i brought at the comp but i just need to put on more quality muscle. I will keep updating my progression at this log and will keep GODZILLA up-to-date about everything!

We didn't carbload with cheats, the day before the show a lot of white potato, basmati rice, honey and jam and the day of the show Simple sugars: rice cakes with honey, rice, jam, chocolate, chips, wine. After the show i got pizza end yeah then the fullness and vascularity hit me hard! but we just want to keep it save with carbloading.. Afraid i would come in to watery, but the pizza and sugary cheats only helped me at getting fuller, harder and vascular! so something to keep in mind for the next time :P

The next 4 weeks i will let my body recover from the competition diet etc. Just going to shoot 1ml test e from MTS with some hcg 250 iu 2x EW.
After that i'll start my recomp/rebound cycle to put on lean muscle. I'll keep updating with pics, training and diet in this log ;)
I'm thinking of giving HGH and insuline a chance and take things to the next level! But it will be a long off-season with the main goal to stay in decent shape year round (7-8%) and put on a lot of muscle and don't see the benefits of going full bulk mode again pack on a lot of water and fat that i'll have to trim of for a next time competition.

You're completely right! but in my case the gyno flared up in my peak week (2-3 days out of the comp) due the watermanipulation. I already took Letro at 2.5mg ED... And tbh the gyno is getting away already.. I think my body stressed out with the watermanipulation, i also read that gyno can flare up because the hormone Aldoctone. Really really weird because i never had gyno before, even on cycles like test, deca and dianabol (Always took an AI).
Can you write a few lines on your watermanipulation?
I would know what to do 7-10 days before the show (day by day).
how many liters of water you drink, how much salt you take, potassium, gram of carbs,.... if you are using diuretics, and so on.

My stomach is still upset from the cheats past sunday and the epic cheatday past monday. Since Tuesday i am back on a diet (but i still got awfull backpumps all day, hope this will be over soon). It's more of a IIFYM approach, 3-4 Bro meals and 2-3 meals i vary with. Sometimes it can be a sandwich with a muffin, you name it.. or an eating place. But i'll Always watch that it will fit my macros. 1 cheatmeal a week. This 4 weeks will be more of a recover/cruise phase. Mid april i'll start my recomp/rebound cycle. For now my kcals will be around 3100-3500 and when i start with the rebound i'll go slightly above maintenance and will be increasing weekly by keeping an eye on the mirror and scale. No more extreme bulks i want to gain lean this time! Also saving some money, because i finally want to try the MEDTROPIN HGH.
Recomp/rebound cycle will be:
1-10 wk SHREDDED 1 ML eod (gonna increase the dose mid cycle)
1-10 wk Lean Gain 1ML eod
7-10 Lean Bombs 1 tab a day or PRO MT 200 1 ML eod (don't know yet)
Maybe add in some Med-Ment to bump up the trestolone mid cycle (see how it goes)
If i got my hands on MEDTROPIN HGH 4-6 iu ED

HGH will be the next step for you. use it in offseason and slin also to really grow and then shred up for your next planned comp.
Yup, i know! My gameplan is to add some lean muscle till the end of summer (want to be i good shape for my vacation) after vacation is over (End of August) we're going to take it to the next level, an all out bulk(OFFSEASON)! Gonna introduce HGH and slin, but i want to save enough money for it. So for now just gonna throw in some MK677 and MTS mixes that keeping me in shape and add lean muscle.
One thing for sure... Next time i'm on stage, the judges won't get around me.
So stay tuned, i will be logging all year long. With pics, progression, about my food-intake, MTS 'Supps' intake. Progress will be made ;)
Update:
MTS SHREDDED is doing its thing! Getting fuller by the day and keeping a nice shape while in a slight surplus. Definitely suprised how strong MENT is. Decreased my kcals for a few days because i got a big cheatday a few days ago, gained a few kilo's of water weight that i want to flush away asap. Don't want to fuck up my shape for the summer i know for sure on this blend you can put on a lot of lean muscle. Will be updating with some pics soon ;)
Saw rick a few days ago, still shredded to the bone! He has a f1 metabolism :p

Basically we started carb-cycling about 6-8 weeks out. First it was 3 days low 1 day high then a few times 4 days low 1 day high and the last 4 weeks 2 days low 1 day high because my metabolism was just so fast.
A low carb day i still had about 250-300 carbs, my body's reaction on carbs is just insane. And as long as you're in a deficit it is fine. In peak week we went a little lower on the carbs but that's basically it.

Been on the SHREDDED-mix for 5 weeks upcoming Sunday, very strong mix! Ment is an amazing product by itself. 24-7 Fullness is just amazing and the pumps in the gym holyshit.. definitely put on a lot of muscle. Appetite is hard to control on ment, it almost forces you to eat more :p
This kind of mini-blast was just to get everything out of the rebound from post competition. Upcoming 4 weeks i'll be cruising on 250mg test e and 200mg mast p and i'll add dnp to make it a mini cut.
Next week I'll post a pic with the mts shirt on ;) and tell you guys about my upcoming blast.
Update:
I did a litle mini-cut this cruise and tried out DNP for the first time. Friday will be my last day on DNP (14 days) i dropped from 102kg to almost 95kg. Started at 200mg and slowly upped it e3d with 50mg and stayed at 400mg. I have to say, DNP does some magic stuff! if you can tolarate the sides you'll get in shape pretty quick.
Next up:
Monday i'll start my blast and it gonna look like this:
1-12 Lean Xtreme 1ml eod
1-12 Med Mutasion 1,2ml eod
1-4 Turinabol 50mg ed
7-12 Triple EN 1ml eod (because i want long esters in my system when i am on vacation, end of the blast)
Not sure about this one
9-12 Epistane 60mg ed or SHREDDED 1ml eod or SUPERTREN 1 ml eod (Let me know what you guys think)
Gonna start the blast at about 4000 kcals.
Still running mk677 at 30mg ED and maybe i am gonna add in 2-3iu of HGH. Also got about 1500iu Humalog but i don't know if i am gonna use slin, it would be my first time.
The goal of this cycle is to recomp for about 10 weeks and the last 2 weeks will be a cut for my vacation. So it's wise to not fuck up my shape at the recomp fase. Every KG i put on at this blast have to be quality muscle! and i am sure i'll with the compounds i am running :)
If anyone got some ideas, please let me know!
You can not compare Epistane with SHREDDED and SUPERTREN.
Anyway, if these are the alternatives, my choice will be SUPERTREN!

For the rest it seems a good cycle. Maybe add some extra primo and don't forget AI and caber.

Why the Triple EN for only 5 weeks? because i want Long esters working in my system when i am on vacation that will be in week 13 of the cycle so that i don't have to worry about crashing on vacation.. That's basically the only reason. I don't run in from the start of the cycle because i got plenty enough of gear to gain on.
