It's sent EMS. I've never received EMS for myself. But never had a problem with anyone saying anything about signing or not signing for them. If you don't want to sign or anything like that, then you must request registered post in the comment box. but that will take 10 times longer to ship as EMS is express.

Replied to you via email already. Singapore is strict as hell. You can get punished by the law severely. Our international range always gets into Singapore.

There is general slowness in all post office services across all countries because of volume. This is out of our control. The delays discussed usually over christmas is our own internal delay, not the external delays. Those are to be expected for any busy period.
