Personally I would not run insulin pre contest or pre workout at all. It's a storage hormone and regardless of having your carbs in check, in my opinion not worth the risk here. Your stack along with 3g of creatine, electrolytes & plenty of water will take care of your fullness for your workout;)
Same with the GH pre workout. The GH would be better suited to first thing in the morning to combat cortisol levels and get some good fat burning affects going :)
I have reviewed Bio Science GH here (
https://mtsboard.com/threads/1367-Bio-Science-GH-Review). In my opinion it is superior to Medtropin ( i've used both)If you were to run 1 kit, it would last 22 days @2iu's ED. Alternatively I recommend 3iu's ED (2 kits lasts 30 days) I have had great results during my growth phase and will be charting progress as I transition into my prep in May.
