was around 90kg @ 168cm and bf was under 10%
too bad I did not have the wright cycle protect-ants in place and played the price.

6months post cycle and everything back to normal still weigh 90kg but lost muscle and gained fat so looking at a re comp cycle soon

plan to keep the gains this time and use cycle support products whilst loading the good oil
