    He speaks Dutch yess, but the way he speaks is like they do in belgium. But it sounds pretty good actually

    he talks robotically, fluent is not the right word. he knows the words but is laying them down like bricks instead of fluently playing with words as one does when one speaks a native language or even a 2nd language
