Hey guys will be starting my first off-season using med-tech/bio science, hopefully be working with JP
Im currently letting my body reset back to normal and taking 1.5mil of test E per week for another 6-8 weeks until ill start my full cycle and programmed plan
Ive blew up a good bit since my last show and simple reason eating everything in site very sore shin splints & water retention from doing this not nice at all lol.
Will be focusing on my legs mostly & upper chest - want these to improve the most, maybe alot of ab workouts aswell as ive thick excess skin over it!
