    Where is my tracking number?

    Question: Where is my tracking nr?

    Answer: We strive to always provide you with a tracking number within 72hrs (not including SAT or SUN) after full payment.

    In many cases you will receive this tracker sooner BUT if you don't pls wait 72hrs after payment and then if needed you can send us an email asking for your tracking.

    In many domestic cases, the tracking # will be given after the package is actually received.

    Please also note that we experience huge order volumes and sometimes delays happen for the following reasons
    * stock is suddenly out and re-stocking is needed
    * confusion on order or address
    * holidays
    * promotions that increase the order volume and output is slowed down

    Asking for a tracking # daily does not speed up the process. Orders are processed consecutively.

    Hey, i know you guys make a great job. But i have a question about my order # 145008516. I have ordered on 25 october and payed on this day but i have no tracking number and all the time i look there stands "processing". Is my order send out or not?

    Yes. The dispatcher *ALWAYS* gives tracking # 2-3 days after the package was actually dispatched. This is room for improvement on our end but he is swamped with orders and getting orders out is priority over a tracking #. For many customers, they receive the products before the tracking is even given. We are working on multiple dispatchers to reduce the work load and hopefully improve speed of delivery

    all orders are being prepared and sent out as we speak and in next few days. we are soon expanding our dispatcher capacity so all orders should be delivered much sooner. thanks for bit of patience and understanding

    all orders are being dispatched at maximum speed, you will get your tracking nr soon, a bit of patience pls, thank you
