Question: Where is my tracking nr?

Answer: We strive to always provide you with a tracking number within 72hrs (not including SAT or SUN) after full payment.

In many cases you will receive this tracker sooner BUT if you don't pls wait 72hrs after payment and then if needed you can send us an email asking for your tracking.

In many domestic cases, the tracking # will be given after the package is actually received.

Please also note that we experience huge order volumes and sometimes delays happen for the following reasons
* stock is suddenly out and re-stocking is needed
* confusion on order or address
* holidays
* promotions that increase the order volume and output is slowed down

Asking for a tracking # daily does not speed up the process. Orders are processed consecutively.
