    Injections

    Is it better to inject in the shoulders or butt ? As when I have previously injected in the butt I seem to have quite a lot of blood on withdrawal of the needle once I have injected the product?

    Whatever feels most comfortable
    Shoulders rear side delts are nice and easy to inject give this a try
