    Update 8 - Thursday the 21st of May 2015
    Bumped the insulin up to 80iu per day this week and my calories to 5000+ (250p, 800-1000c, 50f), I'm getting really sick of the carbs I have been eating so if anyone has any suggestions for food high in carbs and low in fats please let me know. I have been eating lots of cereals, pineapple, shakes (meltodextrin/instant oates) and lollies. I try get a 50/50 balance of high gi and low gi foods.

    I haven't been sleeping enough lately either so I am extremely tired all day which is affecting my workouts, this weekend I'm going to use to catch up on my rest.

    Anadrol is still completely underwhelming me, thinking of bumping it up a bit more just so I can get through it all and then switching back to my trusty dbol.

    No photos this week because I look like a fat piece of watery shit at the moment with all this water the slin has put on me.

    Last week: 98.9kg
    This week: 101.0kg (+2.1kg)

    Update 9 - Wednesday the 27th of May 2015
    Anadrol has been taken out this week, I have been quite fatigued and couldn't tell if it was the anadrol or just this cold bringing me down so will keep anadrol out till my cold clears, which after getting some antibiotics from the doctor it is finally going. I am getting a bit of energy back and my workouts are improving. I have a little twink in my left lower back so that hampered my ability to do legs yesterday, I did a couple light sets of squats then just calf raises, leg press, leg raises and leg curls.

    I have 1 weeks worth of insulin left at 80iu ed then a 4 week break, tossing up whether to do another 4 weeks on after that or just ride out the rest of this blast on aas, I feel like the biggest fat shit at the moment from all the water I hold. My night weight compared to morning weight is a whole 3kg difference after I do my morning piss.

    I have also switched my gh dosing up to every other day and then doubled the dose, just trying something different after I have seen other people doing the same, I am more after the hypertrophic effects so I feel this may give me better lbm gains, I'll train my weaker body parts on the same day as the gh shot.

    Calories have been around 4500-6000 per day depending on how hungry I am, I am consuming roughly 1000g of carbs each day at the moment.

    Your progress is coming along nicely.

    only thing I have to say is being a first time user I think with good diet and training this could still have been achieved on half the amount of gear. But hey that's just me.
    I was able to get as high as 102kg @13% just on 750mg test 20mg dbol along with 200-400mg deca or eq and I was no small fry and could diet down to 83kg razor sharp national level competitor.

    I think high doses have there place but I think guys just want it all now I just see it as a waist of gear only high doses are best saved for when you muscles become more seasoned to training I just feel the best way to go about things is to fisrt build a base a natural as possible then when deciding to enhance your training just give it a nudge first rather then forcing it into submission. the body can not be forced to grow it all has to come together right. I meanback in 1996 @ 23 years old I wanted to do a show so bad but was not ready in my mind and thought oh I will take this and take that and win the show. Guess what I came dead last in that show and was even placed lower then some natural guys. That year was a big wake up for me and since then I just never relied on one thing it takes a combination to develop a winning physic

    Hi mate, I appreciate the honest feedback. My previous blasts have been quite meagre compared to this, this is my first run with pharma hgh which cost me a shit load so I wanted to make the most of it whilst I could. My diet is pretty good, not amazing and my training is consistent. You are right I want it now, I don't want to look amazing in 10 years times I want to look amazing in 2 years time, if that means running higher doses then needed then I will do that, each to there own but I appreciate the feedback

    And sorry for the lack of updates guys, my father passed away 2 weeks ago so I have been very busy packing up his house and moving all his belongings and cars (he lives a 7 hour drive from me) and organising the funeral.

    Sorry to here about your father a sad day when one of your love ones passes on but that is part of our journey through life.

    keep us up to date. I also have a thread that is accounting for my come back for 2016 after 10 years away from the stage be sure to check it out also I have posted some info on what I call blitz cycling kind of like blast and cruise you may want to have a look. Mr Big has endorsed it.

    Update 10 - Sunday the 13th of September 2015
    Sorry for the lack of updates guys, everything has been pretty crazy lately with the passing of my father, consulting with lawyers, making applications to the supreme court to be able to control my fathers estate, lodging life insurance policies. Work has pretty hectic lately too but on the up side I got a promotion which added $20,000 to my yearly package (mostly through benefits).

    I am now at a good place to start getting back in to this bodybuilding thing a bit more, I've sort of just been maintaining for the past 2 months. The plan now is to cut down to 92kg on 2000-2500 calories then do a lean bulk, my last bulk I threw in way too many calories and it was my first run with insulin so I put on lots of fat, next bulk I'll try go for 3500 calories instead of 4500-5000, I will include insulin but only pre and post workout (15iu each), still undecided on hormones but most likely going to go for a deca dominate stack this time with some dbol.
