    Update 8 - Thursday the 21st of May 2015
    Bumped the insulin up to 80iu per day this week and my calories to 5000+ (250p, 800-1000c, 50f), I'm getting really sick of the carbs I have been eating so if anyone has any suggestions for food high in carbs and low in fats please let me know. I have been eating lots of cereals, pineapple, shakes (meltodextrin/instant oates) and lollies. I try get a 50/50 balance of high gi and low gi foods.

    I haven't been sleeping enough lately either so I am extremely tired all day which is affecting my workouts, this weekend I'm going to use to catch up on my rest.

    Anadrol is still completely underwhelming me, thinking of bumping it up a bit more just so I can get through it all and then switching back to my trusty dbol.

    No photos this week because I look like a fat piece of watery shit at the moment with all this water the slin has put on me.
