I'm now 7 weeks out from the NABBA/WFF Sydney Grand Classic and 10 weeks out from the NABBA/WFF Southern Hemispheres, where I'll be competing in the Junior Divison (under 23).
I thought I'd reach out to those around me for guidance in the last few months of prep and document my journey for the remainder of my comp prep. Here's my cycle and current calorie intake.
