in losing fat key is keeping insulin low. carbs raise insulin the most so you need to reduce carbs to a level where your body can absorb them and release too much insulin. full on keto is under 20 grams but many or atleats some people can tolerate 500 or even 100 grams of carbs per day. carbs are good fast energy but too much of them is killer for our health and look. stay away from margarine and other crap, eat real butter, whole eggs, vocados, end;less veggies, fish is amazing
