    Threatens me that if I don't re-ship because he didn't collect the package after 3 weeks at the PO. He gets banned for threatening and blaming me for not taking responsibility for him to pick up the package.

    My responsibility to make sure he collects his own package?

    yes, sadly there are always a few people like this who make the game harder for everybody. luckily the vast majority of our clients are normal smart people who understand the business and how it all works
