Lean gain 1cc every day. No exact time frame on how long. Slowly increasing carbs..sticking with oatmeal, white rice, bananas. muffins once or twice a week. Protein sources...eggs, chicken, salmon..lean beef and tuna maybe once a week

Lean gain looks like an insane product
Lean Gain is my go to product. I was already dieting just increasing calories and being on lean gain have me filling out good. Feels good to get some carbs in after dieting.I gained about 6 pounds in that pic...so I was weighing 163-164 pounds mostly water weight from carbs after being on low carbs. Getting great pumps in the gym.
