    Order status and communication issues

    Hi guys

    I’ve made an order a few days ago

    I chose credit card option

    I’ve not had an email or any communication as to payment yet
    I have also used the email to communicate with you and that said I would be sent a ticket

    Nothin yet

    Please advise

    You were replied to exactly 4 hours and 22 minutes after your order was placed! This is not a communication issue with us, this is either (1) your email provider has blocked the payment link (2) it has been delivered into spam.

    We answer all emails within 24 hours, and if not, then raise a ticket, not a forum post please. Thanks.

    I have sent a new email 1 minute ago. So check that, if it doesn't come through, then your email provider blocks our email.

    I still do not have the email link

    Can you post the email you sent it from so I can try to find it somewhere please

    I’ve ordered for many years off you here without an issue ?

    Has anything changed ??

    we do not post payment links or any emails, you should know better then to ask

    and always email us no need for forum posts for this type of question

    Ok guys

    Let me calm what appears to be something becoming abusive

    I have not gotten your emails

    They’re not in my spam box or anywhere I can find

    My email hasn’t changed

    I have communicated in the correct process- which raising a ticket
    This hasn’t been responded to by you- or at least I haven’t received any communication

    This is why I have had to post here in the hope I can get some help

    Let’s remember I’m a long standing customer trying to spend my money with you.

    I am not trying to cause an argument

    Can you please provide me a way to pay for my order so I can continue to use your great products

    I'm not an Indian IT technical guru who knows why your GMAIL account does not take the links we send you. For your information

    1) Email 12-Oct 8:51 payment link sent
    2) Email 16-Oct 10:26 same payment link sent
    3) Email 16-Oct 10:33 different payment link sent

    As to why if something changed.... obviously nothing on our end. It would be a GMAIL block. Besides, who uses GMAIL to buy gear? You should use PROTONMAIL.

    You sent a support ticket 4 days ago. It was also replied to you 4 days ago with the same payment link. Actually, should get automatically sent an email from the ticket system IMMEDIATELY after you sent the ticket.

    If it is NOT found in your inbox, then google blocked it. But like I said... who uses gmail and hotmail to buy gear? Should respect your own privacy and use protonmail no matter what.

    and this forum post... on a public forum..... where it's open to millions of people.... Do you expect me to copy and paste the details here so you can pay here? potentially exposing you to bad people? Please send a ticket using a protonmail account, and indicate that you would like your email changed to the new one.

    I also see you wrote an email 3 months ago asking which tablets were which and that was also replied to. It's obvious that google is blocking links to you inbox. I can copy and paste the same link 1 million times to you and that will not resolve the issue. You need a new email address. What else is possible otherwise?

    I’ve been up the bush for 2 days with no service with the family camping
