I have contacted support it's been 12 hours and still no details have been sent. Further more I have a red sign at the bottom of the screen say pay or be banned. It's my first time ordering direct from mts I thought it would be alot more straight forward tbh
it's end of year. already sent all the payment requests. we have big changes in the backend warehouses and people are very busy too.

Can you please tell me if my order has been sent. I sent off a ticket this morning and I have not had a reply.
Should be delivered tomorrow.
