Firstly diet as you know has to be in place to be in a deficit then other things I would recommend
mts
test e
mast e
tren a
clen
and a little t3 would be ideal for what you are looking for
Cycle
250 test e
150-300 tren a
400 mast e
clen 40mcg work up to 80mcg until happy with lean less no need to cycle off
T3 50mcg
500 calorie deficit
Or if egressive 1000 calorie deficit
