    Little update I can say I’ve gained 50 pounds so far and still very lean

    Cycle change will be
    1200 cyp
    500 eq
    400 tren a
    400 mast e
    20iu novo pre 20iu post
    Lantus Monday-Friday 30iu

    2 weeks then will start daily training journal logging it down and progress photos as by week 8 that’s training back at peak levels and body will have grown enough upper anyway to show results

    Let’s keep growing the mts way 💪

    Simple but effective meals, i like it! Definitely have to get me some apple cider vinegar haha, those small additions make a big change in digestion and insuline sensitivity!

    Thanks a lot for kind words brother

    I got excited from using mts and put this but I will push myself as hard as I can and hope one day I can turn pro I live and breath this like we all do and only enjoy this in my life

    Going to start logging workouts now and photos coming as this is week 8 of training strength is in a good place now and food going to begin logging every workout and photos will get them this week

    Now the fun begins 💪

    Little update
    As of next week photos will be taken and workouts all logged and ready to go I will then update photos every 2 weeks right through from there

    But Monday slight injury to shoulder from squatting bar to high on my shoulder caused swelling on the bone so resting 2 days ice packing it keeping it elevated little gutted but will still be fine to keep training will be back tomorrow in the gym

    Appetite little low so thinking trying ghrp6 some cardio added little drop in food to reset digestion

    Small update been to hospital X-ray orthopaedic came down they think I’ve torn the clavicle will get another phone call tomorrow

    I hope it’s just internal bleed or swelling but got a sling giving myself rest until Monday very gutted here but keeping positive and hope it comes down quick and it’s not torn because if I tore it I would have felt it in the gym I didn’t feel it until yesterday I think it’s just swelling slight bleed which heals quick definitely don’t think it’s a tear but it’s painful but not enough to stop
