    Very good session after this week should feel back to normal with legs see surgeon tomorrow I think shoulder is inflammation still can lift it with hand no issues but will get it looked at

    Photo today before legs thanks to bigdaddy mts still on blast keeping doses ml each 6 weeks time legs should be better

    Got seen today bursa was infected inflamed so mri is booked for this week then I will get surgery to remove it is the plan i think good thing no tears surgery should be quick recovery too this is good as can still hammer legs get them freaky upper body comes back very fast

    Will hit legs again in the next few days cannot wait going to keep blasting and pushing legs as there is no excuse to not hit them hard

    Did arms today nothing counted and abs was a good session great pump going too ease back in keep killing legs and upper will grow fast especially while on mts still legs are still in size

    Started using ibuprofen shoulder inflammation came right down straight away been second day why I didn’t do this earlier I thought it would heal itself but this has really improved it

    Doctor response from mri

    he put
    mild wear and tear in the joint
    inflammation in the tendons
    bicep tendon inflammation
    bursitis inflammation < had this for 3 years now.
    calcium is dispersing

    Mild wear tear hasn’t gotten worse since mri 2 years ago so I’m happy with that as not progressed and hopefully it doesn’t

    But it’s really improved the tendon inflammation and I speak too another surgeon next week but I’m going too train around it once inflammation settles it’s showing no tears so it could well be just that and next month gym down the road opens I want too start full cycle and get going again
