ofcourse I need more overall size especially legs chest and right now pushing food but will hold here as condition don’t want to get to fat but still have my once a week high day
I need to improve posing a lot and start working on this also cramping bad and not opening up properly but thoughts welcome

Thanks brother with mts products I’ve gained 60 pounds in 8 weeks it’s crazy another 20 lean will be happy being tall I need another 20 I think to look more 3D and feel comfortable I’m sure I can keep growing another 10-20 pounds before then holding this
but end goal to be over 300 pounds but let’s keep working hard and growing 💪

Good leg workout couldn’t do hacks or lunges due to slight right knee inflammation not focusing on crazy weight either to many use to much weight and end up looking like Larry wheels quads i could move big weight rdl big weight but did nothing for me but can add some to certain movements still all slow controlled I want big quads will possibly hit them again this week but low volume 2 exercise each need these legs to get massive

I have the same problem, got pretty strong legs, but it doesn’t do shit for me, only creating knee pain. Slow and controlled form with mind muscle connection, lower volume in a progressive overloading way and my legs starting to grow.
