    Traps
    dumbbell shrug 2x25 50kg
    bar shrug cable 77 on stack
    cable squeeze 3x20

    Side raise 3x12
    front raise 3x12
    rear delt 3x12

    strength up on pressing from last session these are the heaviest they have and getting rid of them soon so will just progress with them until then

    But good workout overall weight up another 2lbs too growing weekly

    Absolutely bro we don’t do this to be healthy we do this to be monsters we only love this only thing in life we live for nothing stops us no we pain nothing we battle through what life chucks at us as we’ve both had issues and can relate let’s keep growwwing
