    When we share the same mentality and same love for this sport , only one think can happens , get freaky or dye young . like Rich Piana says many times i prefer to live 40 years as a Lion than 80 years as a Sheep!

    after this session very hungry waiting on food to cook then consume 500g chicken 450g low fat oven chips 110g dextrose doubling chicken in this meal so I fit all my food in
