Little update
As of next week photos will be taken and workouts all logged and ready to go I will then update photos every 2 weeks right through from there

But Monday slight injury to shoulder from squatting bar to high on my shoulder caused swelling on the bone so resting 2 days ice packing it keeping it elevated little gutted but will still be fine to keep training will be back tomorrow in the gym

Appetite little low so thinking trying ghrp6 some cardio added little drop in food to reset digestion
