    machine press sitting back 2x-12 56
    incline plate press 2x10 80kg < rubbish didn’t feel it
    cable fly on short cable 2x-12 full stack
    cable seated decline fly 2x12 6 on stack
    Cable upright fly 2x12 8 on stack
    Dips finisher 2x12

    Traps
    dumbbell shrug 2x25 50kg
    bar shrug cable 77 on stack
    cable squeeze 3x20

    Side raise 3x12
    front raise 3x12
    rear delt 3x12

    strength up on pressing from last session these are the heaviest they have and getting rid of them soon so will just progress with them until then

    But good workout overall weight up another 2lbs too growing weekly
