    -HGH (MTS): 4iu/day (2iu morning, 2iu post workout)
    -IGF LR3: 40iu ED (week 5-8)
    -Novorapid: 8iu morning / 8iu post workout (week 1-4 / week 9-12)
    -HCG: 250mcg E3D
    -MK-677: 30mg ED (15mg morning, 15mg pre-bed)
    -Arimidex: 0.25mg E3D

    Previous conditioning 90,3kg (currently sitting around 91kg)

    I actually switched to pre workout with the insulin

    Hi brother great and potent cycle using two 19 nor compounds , i just recommend using dostinex and have on hand tamox . Also if you change the dosage insulin in morning to pre workout you will grow musch more and that way you can focus mostly all carbs around workout .
    IGF in my opinion is to use at super high dosages but very short time like 2 weeks and mostly when gains stop ( used as a gun ) , 200mcg pre workout only workout day for 2 weeks then rest another 2 and repeat

    Thanks for all the advice bro.
    Yeah I always keep dostinex on hands, I do blood check regularly as its free here, now its fine.
    I already switched hgh and slin for preworkout, pumps are interesting.

    I like your protocols for IGF, ill give it a go for my new bulking. Do you recommend to use LR3 or DES for that?
