Can I please have some advise on a cycle?

Looking for a safe healthy cycle as I'm 53 years young and looking to do this safe and healthy as possible. As health is now the most important thing for me now.

Trying to put on lean mass only, keeping Blood pressure and water retention low as low as possible.

Training 5-6 days a week, with cardio and weights, eating a healthy diet.

I was thinking of a Test E and Primo cycle, firstly what dose and time frame would you recommended or would you completely change products?
