Since i start doing more slow movements and squeeze every rep i start growing my arms instead of doing basics with focus on pushing the weight
Arms workout of Monstro:
Tricps:
Dips 4x maximum reps bodyweigth
Triceps with rope 4x 6-15
One arm push down 4x 6-15
One arm behind head 4x 6-15
Biceps:
Biceps curl with rope 4x 6-15
Curl scoot with dumbeel 4x 6-10
Concentration curl 4x 6-12
High pulley one arm curl 4x 10-25
lethargy is killing me , always sleeping and that way hard to get my water in and also some food . I dont use stimulants during grow phase to not increase metabolism and also not reduce hunger . Maybe the main reason of this lethargy can be from anadrol with trenbolone ? or from hgh + slin . Here humidity is 90% every day , i sweat alot all day .
What you guys do in this situation?
HGH can be a reason but i think it’s the Anadrol, i got this problem myself... when i start pushing food with a harsh oral like anadrol i feel like sleeping all day. Do take a good liver support supplement with high doses of Tudca and Nac? That helped me a lot! Also digestion improved immensely.
Yes i also think is anadrol but also slin and hgh . Today is very important to use good liver support like NAC . Maybe take some efedrin can help with energy.
