    Brother welcome here.
    Since you are over 15% fat i always recommend cutting and in my opinion this :

    Test E 250mg week
    Tren Ace 100mg EOD
    Winstrol oral 50mg ED

    Clenbiuterol 40mcg + T3 25mcg will help you alot
