Back again. Had a week off chilling and eating some crap, 3 weeks reverse dieting, 20 weeks out today. About 77/78kg so a lot lighter and leaner going into this prep, but I don't have an 'off season' as such. Been off cycle for 4 weeks, another 3 to go.

Thanks the first pics are my current condition 20 weeks out from the finals.
Back on cycle in 3 weeks - starting on test enth (750mg p/w), tren enth (400mg p/w).
14 weeks out my MTS cycle has arrived. I am keeping my cycle much the same as last time (although running more tren than test). Going to be a big step up for the British Finals, but I have added a couple of lbs of good weight in from my last show, so besides making weight I am confident I can be better.
My cycle in general terms;
16-12 weeks out – 500 test enth/600 tren enth EOD, 150 tri tren EOD as I had a spare, 50mg stanavar ED
12 weeks out- switch to test prop/supertren, 50mg stanavar
8 weeks – add mast p/primo in/add 100mg lean bomb oral
6 weeks – shredded added
4 weeks – methyl/halo added
Great work, I'm looking at your thread for the first time. What's your plan after your next show? Are you going to add GH into the mix?
To be honest no. Tried it numerous times and never noticed any difference. It's expensive, hard to source genuine and it's a minor impact at best for where I am at.
I am 6 weeks out from the British Finals; Here is where I am at, including some progress photos from last year's shows to this week! Weighing 77.5kg so well within range to make 70kg on show day.
