    BIGDADDY you know i love bodybuilding but i like you enough to put health first . Since you have been alot of time out of shape you need to understand your levels on blood work are not as good ( cholesterol , liver enzymes ).

    Why increase testosterone if using DNP and t3 and starving is impossible to build muscle.
    The goal now is to burn all the fat get completely shredded and then after do a good bulking for 4 weeks and all gains will be clean quality muscle and you will look amazing .

    Get in shape but healthy .

    The Test will need some time to build up in the system. I'll be on DNP for 1 more week. By the time, DNP is out.... the Test etc... will kick in normally.
    Let's see.... at least I'm training once every second day now... :-)

    Yes make sense , when you drop the DNP test is quick in and working 100% to grow . Just be careful .

    Added the T3 @ 50mcg and fuck me... the fat is flying off so fast with DNP it's fucking just wow. My gut is literally half the size.

    I'll take this DNP until Sunday and stop.

    I decided... I'm going to get massive again... I look at my old photos and look at myself in the mirror.

    You always tell dont make sense be big again without competing and at this age , and now you change your mind . Of course we all love to get huge but now i put health first . Because the biggest problem in bodybuilders health is be heavy not so much the gear and food . If you think what bodybuilders are dying ? the open the heavy ones , the freaks .

    My face is holding tons of water now. Just shaved my beard and I wish I didn't. Look like a watermelon.
    After 2 weeks, I'll look good.

    Scale is 5kg down. I think I'm holding 5kg of water due to this stuff.

    The big change will come in 2 weeks.

    Nearly went Hypoglycemic today.... had to drink 500ml orange juice to get normal.

    I hate bear and also i like to see my face getting "death face". I love the look of offseason but i hate the big puffy head.

    Yes your cycle works for sure and works quick , but we cant play games with it because any mistake can be fatal. Stay focused on your prep and only the prep to do all right and in 15 days you will look amazing .
    I hope i can do a cutting again after this TRT .

    Completed and achieved.
    Looking good now. I look like I lift (a lot) and face and gut is much better.

    Had my blood results. DHT was through the roof. That would probably be the most likely cause of the hair loss.
    Improving daily.
