Im 25 right now, about two years ago I was really out of shape. around 19st at 6ft 2. Carried it well but at the same time looked terrible

I joined up a fitness camp and lost a good 4st over a year or so



Until this year after lockdown, I decided to start a bulk which I did for around 20 weeks.

at around 12 weeks I decided to start taking test prop 300mg a week

I'm currently in the second week of my cut and seeing some nice progress, I'm still running test prop on my cut and although my scale weight isn't changing much I'm seeing the changes physically
