    Cruise/TRT💥

    Hey guys, I'm currently on a cruise (been on it for couple months), feeling well and healthy.
    Main goal was to maintain muscle form my last cycle.
    Currently sitting at 95kg.
    Using MTS gears as usual (my fav source, no point to run another brand), I always had decent results with it, never been disappointed.

    Current cycle:
    Test E: 150mg E5D
    HGH: 4iu training day (2iu morning / 2iu pre workout)
    Novorapid: 4iu post workout
    Cardarine: 20mg (1h before workout)
    Proviron: 12,5mg

    Current split:
    Day 1: push
    Day 2: legs
    Day 3 : pull
    Day 4: Off
    Day 5: shoulders/upper chest
    Day 6: posterior chain (upper & lower)
    Day 7: Off

    Amazing for a cruise holding size very well and great thing is you feel healthy and look amazing 💪

    Yes this is the way to do it safely , but if you are really big you will need little higher dosage . We all know test + hgh + slin is the safest cycle you can do . No orals , no 19 nor .

    Thanks a lot bro. Yeah for now, just keeping it on the healthy as I am more focus on work atm.
    But everything is under control (training/diet), I want to hold size

    Happy to maintain the size.
    I'm planning to cruise for couple more weeks, then I will go on a clean bulk.

    Little update:
    Things works perfectly, can't wait to start my next cycle with MTS, the best!

    Current split:
    Day 1: push (chest focus)
    Day 2: lower
    Day 3: Off
    Day 4: Pull (lats focus)
    Day 5: lower
    Day 6: Off
    Day 7: push (delts focus)
    Day 8: lower
    Day 9: Off
    Day 10: Pull (middle/lower back focus)
    Day 11: lower
    Day 12: Off
