Also, in my opinion, excepted if you want to go deep in the shred, or have a specific goal (competition, photoshoot, ...) you don't absolutely "need" to take cutting molecules, you can do it slowly without them if your nutrition/training is on point.

But putting mass is way more complicated without juicing, so for your cycle, focus on the mass
