    2,5 weeks out
    Weight: 83,2kg

Still holding some subcutaneous water, sleep isn’t great ( you know how it is when you’re getting closer to a show), had some family issue, doing my best to lower my stress level (breathing, meditation, yoga,…).

I know the use of opioids (Xanax, lexomil,…) could be useful, but I want to stay away from it, I was into it before, and it was thought to completely stop it.

    Current cycle of the week:
    -Masteron: 100mg ED
    -Tren: 80mg ED
    -Methyl Tren: 1mg ED
    -Ananvar: 50mg ED
    -winstrol: 50mg ED
    -proviron: 50mg Ed
    -Arimidex: 1mg ED

    Sorry I haven’t posted news.
First comp on Saturday (regional) I’m placing 3rd, and the one on the Sunday (Pro qualifier) placing a second call out.

Not the outcome I expected, but it was good experience no matter what.
I had some guts issues on show days.
The end of the prep went very smooth, with water/salt manipulation, i flushed the water easily, no diuretics were used.
Ended up at 78kg on the scale (for 79kg limit).
Plan was to start carb loading after the weighting on Friday. It mean I wouldn’t be full for the show on Saturday, as we were more focus on the bigger show on Sunday.
On Saturday morning, i started to get guts issue, that got even worse during the day. I was totally bloated, stomach full of gas, it was even painful. It was very difficult for me to hold the pose on stage, and about the vaccum pose, forget about it…
On second day, I ate only a single meal at 6am, then I didn’t eat anything as I wanted my belly to flat down a bit, my time on stage was around 2pm. So I did not keep carb loading unfortunately.
The issue was related to rice cake (+stress probably), as I tried to eat rice cake couple days after the comp, i had the same issue.
No matter the issue, i wouldn’t have won in any case, as we need to be honest, some other guys looked phenomenal and amazing, and it was a thought level with lot of competitors.

I keep the positive, it was a great experience.
No regret, i gave 100% to the prep, never cheated on the plan. The issue was something out of my hand, it can happen to anyone, that weekend was my turn.
Thing i learn during that prep, having to lose +15kg in 3 months was too much, next time I’ll probably do a 4-5 months prep, as I have lost lot of size (especially on my legs).

I want to thank MTS and especially Big Daddy for another prep together, I cannot be thankful enough to have them by my side.

    2023 I’m coming !!

You looked very good bro! True classic physique, a lot of competitors who did classic who did not belong in classic, but you did!

Bad luck with the stomach problems, that can happen to anybody.

Keep on improving and you’ll come far trust me.

First pic was the (Friday) night before the first show, second pic the Saturday night (after first show and before second).
You can clearly see on the first pic (before guy issue), i could hold a vaccum pose (with the meal in the stomach), and on the second pic I couldn’t hold a vaccum pose with empty stomach.

Shit happen, but I stay cool no matter what.

    Thank you my brother.
Yes ended up 3rd on the regional, and 9th at the pro qualifier. Nothing to lose, the best is yet to come with MTS by my side as usual
