    This is my current shape.
    Sitting at 95kg, 6 weeks post comp.


    After the comp I took a full week off from training, and stayed clear from any chemicals for two weeks. On the second week I went back into deficit before starting my rebound phase. Bloodwork post comp weren’t too bad actually, probably the best one I had in a prep.

    I’m simply running 200mg Test propio ED, 5iu HGH (2 x 2,5iu), Novor 2 x 8iu ED.
    No AI as increasing E2 was necessary to put mass on (I crashed them in purpose for my competition).
    This phase will last in a total of 6-8 weeks (depending on the bloodwork).
    After that, I’ll go back on TRT for a total detox phase that will last at least 2 months.

    Thank you brother. Most important, I’ve seen where I could stand on stage in NPC/IFBB. People can look good on pictures, but you really never know how they look on stage (they can look either bigger, or smaller).

    Feeling in great shape, full and HEALTHY.
    Bloodwork looking great, still going to push TRT for 6 more weeks, then going back on the serious working board.

    Currently on holiday, calories surplus, trying to balance out cheat food and diet, putting the carbs at good use.

    Idk what happened, some post disappeared.
    Current physique.
    I had few personnal issues 3 weeks ago which leaded me to completely loose my appetite for a good 2 weeks ( 1 meal a day only).

    I’m back on track now.
    Current cycle:
    Test E: 200mg EOD
    Pimo: 100mg ED
    Boldenone: 250mg EOD
    HGH: 4iu/day

    Boldo veins are showing up nicely !!
    Summer is around the corner, and it’s getting very hot, not the best to bulk, I switched to a light cut to feel a bit better. Reducing before jumping into TRT

    Current cycle:
    Test E: 125mg EOD
    Boldo: 200mg EOD
    Primo: 100mg EOD
    HGH: 4iu
