This is my current shape.
Sitting at 95kg, 6 weeks post comp.
After the comp I took a full week off from training, and stayed clear from any chemicals for two weeks. On the second week I went back into deficit before starting my rebound phase. Bloodwork post comp weren’t too bad actually, probably the best one I had in a prep.
I’m simply running 200mg Test propio ED, 5iu HGH (2 x 2,5iu), Novor 2 x 8iu ED.
No AI as increasing E2 was necessary to put mass on (I crashed them in purpose for my competition).
This phase will last in a total of 6-8 weeks (depending on the bloodwork).
After that, I’ll go back on TRT for a total detox phase that will last at least 2 months.
