    Road to NPC/IFBB Pro League

    Hey guys, starting a new thread as I'm actually switching federation.
    My plan is to step on stage in Netherlands on the first weekend of December for a Regional, then the weekend after for a Pro qualifier.

    Chasing the Men's Classic Physique category.
    My height: 171cm
    Weight limit: 175lbs (79,3kg)

    It's gonna be a tough mission in terms of weight loss, but I am cool with that.
    Another prep with MTS on my side, ive been with them since late 2016, so almost 6 years now, definitely the best on the market.

    I started a lean bulk 4 weeks ago, my goal is actually to make muscle (working in. My week points) without putting much weight on, as the weight limit for the Classic Physique isn't fun lol

    Week 1: 92kg (203lbs)
    Week 4: 94.5kg (207lb)

    Current cycle:
    -Test: 125mg ED
    -Parabolan: 75mg ED
    -Masteron E: 70mg ED
    -Boldenone: 175mg ED
    -Turinabol: 70mg ED (week 1 to 6or8 depending on blood work)
    -HGH: 6iu ED (morning and post workout)
    -Novorapid: 10iu morning / 10iu preworkout
    -IGF-LR3: 50mg post workout after HGH
    (Same way as Monstro, it looks like a great approach to explode your IGF level).


    Current split:
    Day 1: push (chest focus)
    Day 2: Legs
    Day 3: Pull (also including rear delts)
    Day 4: Off
    Day 5: Upper chest/Front delts/medium delts/Triceps
    Day 6: Posterior chain workout (upper & lower)
    Day 7: Off

    I will upload some pics week 1 and week 4 for comparison.

    Two weeks appart, same weight.
    Feeling tighter and stronger, body fat is slowly dropping (and also subcutaneous water).

    You are going to do the Iron man & William Bonac Classic??!

    I’ll be there so we have to meet up for sure One of my buddies is competing at the Iron man, maybe i’ll be participating also but not sure yet.. going on vacation 2 times and i get a dog at the end of the year.. and you know competing is giving 110% otherwise you’re bullshitting yourself.

    I think you should get your dog for Xmas, because it's not everyday two MTS athletes can hit a same comp !!!!!! ^^

    Lmao haha! Yeah maybe if i look at my girlfriend sweetly she lets me prep again haha. Well i have to come in improved, 1 thing the judges told me was i have to get more mass on my legs to win the show, conditioning and shape wasn’t the problem. So we’re going to work very hard to bring those legs up this offseason

    Morning shape, sitting around 93kg, weight is not moving which is a great thing.
    I want to keep my weight stable

    Current weight: 91kg

    Summer is hitting, it's getting harder to get the food in.
    It's actually perfect timing to reduce a bit calories to maintenance for the last 4 weeks of the cycle, then will jump on trt befor starting prep for my next comp.
    Fat and water is reducing slowly, MTS is doing its job as usual, amazing !!
