    Tendonitis issues

    What do most people do on here for tendonitis management/cure?
    My elbows and forearms are getting bad for first time and its beginning to hamper training now. I've had a look online and its all wraps and anti inflams which i guess might be all there is but there must be loads of people who get the same issue.

    Warmup

    Hot and cold therapy
    stretching
    gun massage
    anti inflammatorys but prefer not too use
    things like curcumin for inflammation
    and rest until it’s better

    training through real tendonitis turns into tendinosis which will stay

    rest it.

    yeah fairplay mate. i read online that once youve figured out what caused it (and cured it) in my case over extending preacher curls i think - you should never do that exercise again but its pretty much any curl that causes issues now like

    Yeah bud don’t do anything now that aggravates it cables are best but give it time too recover

    yeah ok. cant believe i got it tbh in mid 30s and i dont push for massive numbers weights wise either more volume and reps. ordered a load of curcumin and collagen to help too.

    Everyone gets it even desk jobs or playing golf mate it sucks
