    Intra workout to help progress training

    many do and many don’t but it’s been shown there is some benefit to intra workout drinks especially if volume is on the higher end

    do you drink them if so why ? and if not why ?

    I dont even care about stuies , for me the best study is testing and when im not using intra workout i lose weight during traning and now using it i keep weight and my last set i have same performance as the first

    Even better hands on what works as you are right many loose weight during workouts and feel more flat depleted
