I don't drink but I sometimes hamstring myself on coke like a numpty. I guess we all have our blow out stuff. I try not to though as I can feel its 100% against my training

Not sure I'd recommend him anavar as that and the drinking is not gonna be good for his liver
I would say he needs first to cut down the booze, do a quick blood work to check, then from it why not adding anavar.

Yeah bro it’s totally against your training, first of all it’s very catabolic and also increase your heart beat (so not great during training can be directly dangerous for your heart)…
On top of that, drugs (and alcohol) are damaging your liver AND ALSO your pancreas, so it will be counterproductive as your body will be not able to process and synthesis all nutrients…
