    Good but sensible beginner course

    Got a mate who has been running Test E twice a week at 0.5 ml since January
    He's asking what he could do next

    Any suggestions on a good beginner course?
    I have a bit more experience but my PT does all me thinking for me so any suggestions appreciated

    Goals it all depends but test var

    His goals are generally keep going
    He still drinks ten pints a week easily so he's gonna be one of those roid users
    Who am I to judge tho?
    I don't drink but I sometimes hamstring myself on coke like a numpty. I guess we all have our blow out stuff. I try not to though as I can feel its 100% against my training

    Not sure I'd recommend him anavar as that and the drinking is not gonna be good for his liver

    I would say he needs first to cut down the booze, do a quick blood work to check, then from it why not adding anavar.

    So you’re doing coke only for hamstrings but no other muscles? Haha just kidding
    Yeah bro it’s totally against your training, first of all it’s very catabolic and also increase your heart beat (so not great during training can be directly dangerous for your heart)…
    On top of that, drugs (and alcohol) are damaging your liver AND ALSO your pancreas, so it will be counterproductive as your body will be not able to process and synthesis all nutrients…
    Deffo not judging, I’ve been young and talk from experience, and if I could help someone not making same mistakes years ago, I will happy

    In my opinion you should keep doing very low carb diet and also put estrogen and insulin levels low , so i suggest this cycle:

    Test E 300mg week
    Winstrol oral 50mg day
    Masteron 600mg week
    T3 50mcg day
    Clenbuterol 120mcg day
    Arimidex 1mg EOD
    Metformin 100mg day ( 500mg breakfast and 500mg before bed
