    Thank you coach appreciated this is the easiest food to consume you’ll be very hungry after this really amazing all these sugars have no nutritional value and I’ve noticed my stomach always flat now never extended and digestion is amazing

    Start on less potato starch 60gram then build up but zero bloat helps digestion big time
