    MTS LOG Cruise/TRT

    Hi everyone, in the end of my previous log, I went on a cruise and started a TRT, so I thought that would be better to make a new thread.

    Current stack:
    Test Cypionate (MTS): 100mg E4D
    (Preworkout) Injectable carnitine with novorapid: 250mg and 3iu

    I simply want to maintain my conditioning, and not losing size.

    Running this for at least 2-3 more months.

    In my opinion you are doing very low dose , and remember using low dose dont do the gains you need and the sizes are the same as a good dosage because you supresse your natural test the same.

    A good cycle to look good and feel amazing with impressive sex drive is :

    Test 300/600mg week
    Masteron 600mg week
    Proviron 50mg day

    Hey bro, yeah it’s just a TRT to clean up the body.
    Been using MTS since 2017, and been a MTS athlete for 4 years now, made several Logs on the forum

    Current shape.
    Weight sitting at 89kg (10kg above my weight limit to compete in Classic Physique).

    You know how to do it brother, great condition even on TRT. Of course when we are using less gear like TRT we should always reduce calories to not get fat and you know it .

    Conditionning after spending a week of holiday in Portugal
    Weight 90kg gained a kilo of water probably.
    This is the first time on holiday I’m doing fuck all with the food, eating whatever I see, Pastel de Nata were absolutely incredible. I didn’t care much about the food because I was with my partner. But when I’m traveling on my own on holidays, always trying to balance out diet and good food, and it always suits me well.

    Maintaining the shape, 89,5kg.
    Blood work done, everything is in the norm

    Today’s back shot post workout:
    •Back/Rear delts:
    -Cable Pull-over: 4x20 reps (1s isometric)
    -Pull down: (3s negative/1s iso) 1x15, 1x12, 1x10, 2x8
    -Rowing bar: (2s iso) 1x12, 3x8
    -Pull ups: (1s iso) failure

    -rear delts machine fly: (1s iso) 4x15
    -cable rope front pull; (2s iso) 3x12

    Going to push the TRT for 3 more weeks.
    Then I’ll start a lean bulk.
    Probably will run Test/Parabolan/Boldo
