    Thank you bigdaddy and caliano had days too think over it won’t be the same without monstro posting or texting but I know he would want us too continue and keep moving forward not too keep negative outlook and do what he and all of us love doing it’s tough

    And anything else that I need to do all do it

    But I trained for monstro today and know he will be pushing us all on

    I met eddy ellwood on Saturday it was amazing a legend in bodybuilding and strongman he said if I need any advice more then welcome
