    Goal is to push bodyweight up not sure if it will go this high but I’m going too try and not stop until we get close

    this is to much volume workout in that intensity . how you recover ?

    I didn’t hit legs yesterday back off knee fully healed now just minor in knee but will be doing legs this week today arms back will add little adductor abductor calves in too

    I’ve always did this I don’t get sore and rest time is little too known I know it’s a lot and overkill but I love too train this way
