    MTS Log: Comp Prep. 10 weeks out road to Classic Physique

    I’m starting the comp prep for my 1st comp of the year. Currently 10 weeks out.
    I’ll start full cycle at 8 weeks out.

    Weight: 91kg

    Currently:
    Test E: 200mg E4D
    HGH: 4iu per day
    Proviron: 25mg per day
    Injectable carnitine: 250mg preworkout
    Novorapid (in combination with carnitine): 3iu

    Training split: each workouts (excepted legs) are around 30min
    •Day 1: Push
    Am: Chest (upper focus)
    Pm: delts/triceps

    Day 2: legs
    Am: cardio + abs
    Pm: Quads/Add/Hamstrings

    Day 3: pull
    Am: back (thickness and traps focus)
    Pm: delts/biceps

    Day 4: Off

    •Day 5: Push
    Am: Chest (middle focus)
    Pm: delts/triceps

    Day 6: legs
    Am: cardio + abs
    Pm: Hamstrings/glutes/abd/calves

    Day 7: pull
    Am: back (lats focus)
    Pm: delts/biceps

    Day 8: Off
