    Few pics from this week.

    I’ve got few people (athletes but also a judge) telling me I can do the NPC Siggi regional in Netherlands in 2 weeks with my actual conditioning, maybe Men’s Physique, but definitely not in Classic as I will have to push through the weight (which I can do but may lead me flat), but also because I don’t think my lower body will be lean enough.

    In any case, NPC Luxembourg Grand Prix is the target.

    Weight: 85kg
    I had a small refeed yesterday, so veins are popping up nicely today.

    Will decrease carbs from next week to dig more the shred.

    Starting to have muscle separation on my legs, still retaining water retention from HGH

    Ok guys, as mentioned in a new post:

    Another competition done and dusted with MTS ✅

    I’ve just done a competition (last minute decision)
    I end up getting:
    -1st place Men’s Physique 🥇
    (Then finished second at the overall)
    -2nd place Classic Physique 🥈

    This is my conditionning the day after the show (after eating 88 sushi lol), conditionning is often better after the show 😂



    I’m now still 4 weeks out to my next show.

    3 weeks out:
    Weight: 83kg

    Starting to feel the lethargy, daily naps became mandatory.
    Adjusting cycle:
    -Test P: 50mg EOD
    -Masteron P: 100mg EOD (was 150mg before)
    -Tren A: 100mg EOD (including it from now)
    -Boldenone: 250mg EOD
    -Stanavar: 100mg ED

    The competition last weekend was a trial (I was only 6 weeks into prep), this one we will go fat free.
    Chasing that 🥇 and the overall in Classic Physique this time as my conditionning will be at 100%.

    Weight: 82kg.

    I’m actually reflecting with myself regarding the competition in two weeks.
    I’m still chasing that 🥇 and overall in Classic Physique division.
    I am embracing the Tren A, I mean the visual effect, not the night sweat and insomnia.
    MTS Tren, best and strongest on the market !!!
