Injectable carnitine: 250mg preworkout
Novorapid (in combination with carnitine): 3iu
Training split: each workouts (excepted legs) are around 30min

Day 2: legs
Am: cardio + abs
Pm: Quads/Add/Hamstrings
Day 3: pull
Am: back (thickness and traps focus)
Pm: delts/biceps
Day 4: Off

Pm: delts/triceps
Day 6: legs
Am: cardio + abs
Pm: Hamstrings/glutes/abd/calves
Day 7: pull
