We spoke with my prep coach, as I am always starting to loose appetite after the week 8-10 during bulk, we decided to go under this approach:
2 months ON (bulk) / 1 month OFF(maintenance) / 2 months OFF (bulk)/ 1 month OFF (maintenance)
Months ON:
Test P: 75mg ED
NPP: 50mg ED
Masteron P: 50mg ED
Genotropin: 4.5iu post workout
IGF-LR3: 50mcg post workout
PEG-MGF: 500mcg days off
Month OFF:
Test P: 25mg ED
(Injectable) Carnitine: 0.5-1g ED
Genotropin: 4.5iu post workout
(Day 1) Weight: 93kg
